The nose is fresh, racy and taut. There are notes of violet, cubeb pepper and, more slightly, racy minerality combined with delicate touches of clove and a hint of wild blackberry. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, juiciness, minerality, some tension, accuracy, a nice acidity and roundness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and more slightly acidic/juicy red berries combined with hints of lilac, lily, pepper, racy minerality and a discreet chocolatey serenity.
