The nose is fresh, on the fruit (candied lemon, apricot, peach in syrup), with a fine mineral and saline touch, a hint of yeast, as well as fine herbaceous hints (rosemary). On the palate, the wine is more closed, it expresses freshness and a pleasant bitterness. We find notes of stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot), melon, candied lemon, candied grapefruit, linden honey. Good length, freshness and acidity.
