The nose offers maturity and freshness. It expresses notes of candied orange, candied melon, lemon cream, candied lemon zest, peach in syrup as well as a fine hint of acacia honey. On the palate, we find a nice concentration (notes of stone fruits and candied citrus fruits, a hint of honey and white flowers) and freshness, thanks to a salivating and pleasant acidity. Very good balance, a long finish, with good bitterness. A complex, tasty and rich Sauternes, yet subtle and elegant.
