The nose is delicately spicy and expresses concentration, juicy red fruits (red cherry, morello cherry, ripe plums), white pepper and licorice (in the background). On the palate, the wine is chiselled, fruity, with a good tannic structure. It expresses notes of red cherry, morello cherry, black plum, white pepper and cornflower. The tannins are grippy, a bit grainy, but enveloped by the maturity of the fruit and a nice acidity, with a certain bitterness. Potential to become a pleasant and balanced wine.
