A pretty elegant, airy, round nose, with a small coating (almost spherical), aromatic side, which offers gourmandise. The nose expresses notes of lychee, pulpy peach and more slightly – crushed apple, associated with touches of iodine and small discreet touches of exotic fruits, as well as fine hints of elderflower. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy/tart frame, gourmandise, tension, precision, a tangy frame, energy. It expresses notes of pulpy lychee, pulpy/juicy vine peach and more slightly – small creamy/tart white fruits, associated with touches of lemon, as well as fine hints almost of fresh pineapple and fine hints of fresh sap/pine needles. Nice minerality and freshness. Tension, roundness and richness.
