It reveals notes of ripe/fresh yellow peach, fresh nutmeg and small notes of fresh kumquat associated with touches of fresh physalis, dried lemon as well as fine hints of verbena, sweet spices and a discreet almost infusion/dairy hint. The palate is fresh and offers minerality, tension, precision, a nice airy side, gourmandise, a tangy structure as well as energy. All finesse and delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe kumquat, candied mandarin and more lightly roasted pineapple associated with touches of crystallized lemon, tangy physalis as well as hints of verbena, racy minerality, toasted notes as well. only a very discreet hint of iodine (in the background) and acacia. A nice little toasted/vanilla side in the background. A wine full of delicacy, finesse, freshness and subtlety.
