The nose is fresh, mineral, racy and offers airiness in its texture. We find notes of fresh spices, racy minerality and slight notes of pulpy/fresh yellow apple associated with touches of mandarin, physalis as well as discreet hints of fresh citrus. The palate is fruity, frank and offers smoothness, freshness, energy, precision, gourmandise, a coating side, a certain purity as well as a nice airy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of sweet mandarin, orangette and more slightly roasted pineapple associated with touches of bright apple, crystallized lemon as well as fine hints of mandarin blossom, passion fruit, racy minerality and toastiness. Soupleness and gourmandise.
