The nose is fresh, fruity, elegant and nicely airy. It offers airy creaminess, harmony, complexity and delicacy, a fine infusion side, associated with notes of bright boysenberry, pulpy/bright blueberry, cornflower as well as fine hints bigarreau cherry, almost a discreet hint of roast as well as delicate hints of graphene, vanilla and an imperceptible almost smoky hint. The palate is nicely structured, nicely fresh, elegant, airy and offers a lovely delicacy and intensity in its freshness and density, a lovely velvety/airy side, all in delicacy and subtlety. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, fresh/bright blackcurrant and more slightly – violet associated with touches of racy/fresh minerality, a fine hint of sappy/infusion in the background as well as fine hints of roasted cherry and fresh and with discreet hints of fresh blond tobacco, rose and a subtle hint of dark chocolate. The tannins are supple, elegant and polished. Good length. Small sapidity in the background. Beautiful harmony, a lovely delicacy and a fine, almost chalky side in the background. Very nice freshness and a subtle hint of chocolate in the background.
