The nose is chiseled, tangy and aromatic. It expresses notes of crunchy stone fruits (yellow nectarine, white peach, apricot), ripe citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), associated with touches of vanilla, a delicate hint of fresh hazelnut as well as subtle notes florals of honeysuckle and acacia. There is also a slightly brioche and yeasty side in the background. On the palate, the wine offers depth and concentration, combined with refreshing acidity and pleasant bitterness. It expresses notes of candied lemon, crunchy white peach, ripe apricot, lemon zest and fresh white flowers (acacia, wildflowers), combined with a fine note of fresh almond and brioche. Beautiful roundness and concentration, lots of bright fruit and a good level of acidity. The finish is persistent and fresh, with a pleasant bitterness.
