The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a beautiful brightness, a nice minerality and purity and a little spherical side of the material. It expresses lovely notes of bright blackcurrant, pulpy morello cherry and more slightly – small, bright black fruits, a lovely pulpiness of the fruit, associated with touches of racy minerality, delicate sweet spices, as well as hints of bourbon vanilla and fresh blond tobacco. The palate is nicely structured, creamy, fresh and offers a nice flesh/pulp of the fruit, a nice freshness, a nice minerality, gourmandise. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, creamy blackcurrant and, more slightly, creamy raspberry, associated with touches of small blue fruits, chocolate, toasted hazelnut, as well as hints of cornflower, coffee, and racy minerality, with discreet hints of cardamom and an imperceptible, almost monolithic hint in the background. A nice freshness and a roasted side in the background. A nice powdery textured side on the finish/persistence.
