The nose is fresh, mineral, racy and offers a nice little noble varietal side, which reinforces the freshness. It expresses notes of fresh violet, dense blackcurrant and more slightly – lily associated with touches of black pepper as well as hints of small dense wild berries, discreet hints of fresh nutmeg. The palate is fresh, mineral, elegant, textured, creamy-fresh and offers energy, notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy bigarreau cherry and more slightly – violet associated with a touch of fresh/pulpy blue plum as well as well as fine hints of infusion/almost maceration, hints of toasted almond and a subtle hint of fresh blond tobacco and fresh cloves. Roundness, fresh suavity and a racy side. A subtle hint of tonka bean in the background/chew. Lovely creamy freshness and a very fine texture.
