Pagodes de Cos (blanc) 2022 – Bordeaux Blanc

A lovely fresh nose, which offers elegance, radiance and a nice floral bouqet in the background. It expresses notes of fresh quince, fresh peach and, more slightly, crunchy/fresh pear associated with touches of peach blossoms, a fine hint of acacia flowers and a discreet hint of racy minerality. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, deliciousness, tension, juiciness, lovely energy, roundness and delicacy. It expresses notes of fresh/pulpy green apple, bright pear and more slightly – bright white peach, associated with touches of acacia, small fresh passion fruit as well as fine hints of peach blossom and subtle mineral and suave hints. Superb freshness, a discreet hint of verbena in the background. A bit of flint on the nose and in the mouth.
