A lovely fruity nose, which offers flesh/pulp of the fruit, a fine roasted side and expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, bigarreau cherry and more slightly – pulpy raspberry associated with touches of blueberry, hints of roast as well as hints of licorice stick, lily/cornflower and delicate sweet spices. The palate is fruity and discreetly tight. It offers freshness, minerality, a fresh structure, tension, accuracy, a racy and powerful (but controlled) tannic structure. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, small dense/fleshy black fruits and more slightly – bigarreau cherry associated with touches of racy minerality, mocha as well as a very discreet sappy hint in the background. A lovely freshness and roundness.
