The nose is floral, fresh, mineral and expresses notes of white flowers, fresh/pulpy nectarine and more slightly acacia flowers associated with a hint of fresh physalis, a discreet hint of fresh almond and a subtle hint of mesocarp. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandise, a tangy structure, roundness, fattiness, generosity and creaminess in freshness. It expresses notes of luscious quénette, crushed vine peach and more slightly – fresh lychee combined with touches of peach blossom, acacia as well as a subtle hint of fresh almond.
