Château Saint-Ahon 2022 – Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose offers precision and maturity. It expresses notes of roasted red cherry, morello cherry, black plum, wild strawberry and red currant, accompanied by touches of dried mint, licorice, white pepper and fresh violet. On the palate, we find notes of tangy red fruits (red cherry, crunchy strawberry, raspberry), black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry), as well as touches of dried mint, cornflower, licorice, toast and grilled rosemary. . The tannin structure is tight, but the tannic texture is fine. Beautiful acidity, persistence and freshness on the finish.
