The nose expresses freshness and elegance. We find notes of cherry juice, crunchy red plum, blackcurrant, wild blackberry, fresh raspberry and wild strawberry, with tasty notes of licorice, white pepper, mint chocolate, fresh wild mint and elegant notes of peony and rose. The tannins are refined, velvety, slightly dry, but balanced by a fruity substance and a nice concentration on the palate. Richness, elegance, a silky side of tannins and a fresh, but supple acidity. Beautiful power on the finish, all finesse, good length, depth and good potential.
