The nose is tangy and expresses notes of crunchy red fruits (strawberry, red cherry, red currant), with a touch of blueberry in the background. There are also fresh notes of mint, a hint of licorice and expressive and elegant floral aromas (violet, cornflower). A very fine touch of clove in the background. On the palate, the attack is a little closed, but the wine expresses more concentration and a ripe fruity side afterwards. We find notes of red cherry and strawberry, which are complemented by flavors of juicy black fruits, as well as herbs and dried flowers (a touch of thyme and dried cornflower). The tannins are enveloped and dense. Good acidity, supple, but balanced, good length.
