The nose offers a certain concentration and freshness. It expresses notes of roasted red cherry, morello cherry, crushed strawberry, as well as a touch of blackcurrant and blackberry, combined with spicy notes of clove, white pepper, licorice and vanilla (in the background) as well as a subtle lily note. On the palate, the wine offers roundness and a certain power of the tannic structure. It expresses the flavors of morello cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry coulis, blackcurrant, as well as notes of mint chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon (in the background) and dried violet. The finish is enveloping, fruity, with refreshing acidity and good persistence. The tannins are fine, a little dry, but integrated thanks to the roundness and fruity substance of the wine.
