The nose is roasted, and offers some spiciness. It expresses notes of pepper, toast and more slightly – of torrefaction, associated with touches of crushed blackberry, as well as fine hints of fresh nutmeg. The palate offers substance, minerality, smoothness, a certain fatness, roundness, gourmandise, finesse in its fatness, a fine spherical side on the palate. We find notes of pulpy raspberry, toast, chocolate and more slightly – small red fruits associated with touches of vanilla and a hint of sweet blond tobacco. A round and creamy wine.
