The palate is fruity and offers freshness, juiciness, a mineral framework, good definition, a certain gourmandise, juiciness and freshness. The wine expresses notes of juicy/pulp blackberry, juicy/pulp black cherry and more slightly – violet associated with touches of small red berries as well as fine hints of roast, star anise and a subtle hint of colas and fresh flowers. The tannins are supple. Freshness, juiciness and a subtle hint of torrefaction on the persistence.
