Château La Valière 2022 – Médoc

The nose is fruity, spicy, frank and offers freshness, a certain finesse and straightness in its grain. It expresses notes of fresh wild blackberry, wild raspberry and more slightly fresh pepper associated with fine varietal hints and a fine hint of spices. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, smoothness, a little fat, a certain roundness and accuracy. The wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy blackberry, juicy wild raspberry and more slightly – fresh violet associated with touches of racy minerality as well as hints of bergamot, cornflower and liquorice with a subtle note of cornflower in bottom. The tannins are fine and soft.
