The nose is peppery, spicy and offers precision as well as a certain fullness/openness. It reveals notes of violet, small fresh/pulpy berries and small notes of fresh plum associated with touches of small wild red berries, pepper as well as a sappy hint and bergamot/almost aromatic herbs. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, juiciness, suppleness, deliciousness, accuracy as well as a mineral/acidic structure. Finesse in balance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, pulpy/bright blackcurrant and small notes of blueberry associated with touches of small red berries, chocolate as well as fine hints of sweet spices. The tannins are supple, sapid and delicious. A subtle hint of toasted hazelnut on the finish/persistence. Very nice touch of soft tannins.
