The nose is fresh and offers elegance, power, freshness as well as a certain depth. It expresses notes of pulpy boysenberry, crushed blackcurrant and more slightly – pepper, associated with touches of cornflower, small crushed blue fruits, crushed strawberry, torrefaction and a hint of crushed strawberry as well as discreet hints of cornflower and vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, juiciness, energy, a certain richness and co-concentration. It expresses notes of pulpy/fresh blackberry, pulpy/fresh raspberry and more slightly – fresh/creamy blueberry associated with touches of pulpy/fresh small fruits, violet, lily as well as hints of tonka bean, roasting and a subtle hint of fresh sage.
