Château Gaby 2022 – Fronsac

The nose is aromatic and offers a spicy side, a certain power of the grain and a fine infusion side in the background. It expresses notes of fresh wild blackberry, violet, and more slightly – torrefaction associated with touches of small wild black fruits and has a subtle hint of spices. The palate is fruity and offers a certain creaminess, accuracy, tension, good definition, rich freshness, good balance. It expresses notes of creamy blackcurrant, creamy blueberry and more slightly – small, dense but fresh black fruits, as well as hints of graphite and fine hints of cocoa/torrefaction. A subtle hint of aromatic herbs in the background.
