La Fleur de Boüard – Sauvignon 2022 – Bordeaux blanc

The nose is fruity, and offers a little contained side, a slight power. It expresses notes of ripe lemon, tangerine zest and, more slightly, small pulpy white fruits associated with small touches of white flowers, fine hints of flint and toast. The palate is fruity and offers freshness and minerality; a tangy frame, energy, a certain fullness. It expresses notes of lemon, juicy/pulp peach and more slightly – crunchy apple associated with touches of juicy mandrin as well as hints of toasted almond, freshness, roundness and subtle sweetness. almost saline hint in the background/end of mouth
