Grand Vin de Puy Redon 2022 – Bordeaux blanc

The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration and a fine power. It expresses notes of pulpy yellow apple, ripe yellow peach and more slightly – fresh apricot combined with touches of toast, browned butter and a subtle hint of small young fruits. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a mineral/juicy frame, tension, roundness, a certain slight creaminess, gourmandise. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy yellow apple, small pulpy/juicy yellow fruits and more slightly – pulpy pear associated with a touch of bright yellow plum, quenette as well as fine hints of elderflower and a hint fresh butter.
