The palate is fresh and offers minerality, accuracy, tension, carrying minerality. It expresses notes of pulpy/fresh blackberry, pulpy/fresh raspberry and more lightly pulpy/fresh cherry associated with touches of small fresh blue fruits, cornflower as well as hints of liquorice and a fine hint of cocoa/ chocolatey.
