The nose is flowery, mineral and spicy. It expresses notes of violet, fresh lily and, more slightly, luscious blackberry combined with a touch of small juicy/pulpy red fruits and fine hints of fresh cocoa and nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers deliciousness, a lovely minerality and energy, a mineral/acidic structure, notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy violet plum and more lightly – pulpy/fleshy cherry, associated with touches of violet, lily, toast, as well as delicate hints of sweet spices and vanilla. Good length and definition. Nice tanginess and definition, all in finesse.
