The nose is fruity and delicious and offers lovely fruit, lovely definition and a certain precision. It expresses notes of luscious raspberry, luscious wild blackberry and more slightly – small bright red berries associated with a touch of crushed blackcurrant, pepper and has fine floral/sappy hints. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, a fresh and acidic structure, good definition, a certain tension, accuracy, good work on the right bitterness, suavity and a certain slight roundness, as well as than a fine airy side. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly – creamy raspberry, associated with a touch of small blue fruits, cornflower as well as hints of star anise and a subtle hint of fresh blond tobacco and camphor. A little airy side in its richness.
