The palate is mineral and offers juiciness, minerality, tension and a fine linear/discreetly tight edge. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crushed blackcurrant and more lightly – violet, star anise as well as hints of salinity. The tannins are sapid. Beautiful freshness.
