Château Haut Condissas Préstige 2022 – Médoc

The nose is fragrant and offers a beautiful complexity. It expresses notes of sweet spices (licorice, nutmeg, star anise), herbs (fresh mint, bay leaf) and flowers (violet, cornflower), as well as a slight note of coffee and cocoa. We also find fruity notes of morello cherry, red cherry jam, crushed strawberry, raspberry coulis, blackcurrant and blackberry. On the palate, we find suppleness and roundness, with a generous fruity bouquet, varied spicy flavors and a tight tannin structure. We find the juicy fruity notes (griotte, red cherry jam, blackcurrant, crushed strawberry, raspberry coulis) The tannins are dry, but fine and enveloped thanks to the depth and rich fruity substance of the wine. The acidity is supple and balanced. Good length and concentration.
