The nose is fruity, fresh, and offers a certain purity of fruit, precision. It expresses notes of creamy boysenberry, blueberry and, more slightly, fresh gariguette strawberry, combined with touches of cornflower, star anise, fresh sap and discreet hints of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, good definition, precision, energy, aromatic purity and a fine crunch in the background. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crunchy raspberry and more slightly – fresh flowers associated with touches of juicy/fresh cherry, sweet spices and a hint of clove in the background. The tannins are finely dry.
