The nose is fruity, pulpy and expresses a fine aromatic power, notes of violet, pulpy strawberry and more slightly – pulpy blackcurrant associated with touches of blueberry as well as fine hints of sweet spices and has a discreet hint of cornflower in the background. The palate is fruity, and offers minerality, juiciness, a mineral framework, acidity, smoothness, sapidity, good definition. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, roasted cherry and more slightly – pulpy blueberry associated with touches of vanilla as well as a subtle hint of almost caramelization.
