The nose is elegant, racy with a nice multi-layered side. There is a slight infusion or maceration side. We have notes of boysenberries, crushed blackcurrant and small notes of crushed wild strawberries associated with touches of purple plum, fine hints of small roasted red fruits as well as a discreet hint of cornflower, bergamot and of vanilla. The palate is mineral with suavity and it has a mineral structure. There is accuracy, a fine straightness, a beautiful delicacy, tension, a good definition with finesse. We find the delicate infusion side with a pretty elegant and stretched (very precisely) silky side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, violet and small notes of small crushed red fruits associated with a hint of roast, purple plum, hints of chocolate, cardamom, bergamot as well as a subtle hint of toasted almond and smoke. It is an elegant, melodious and subtle wine.
