The nose is elegant, precise and delicate with a slight creaminess and a fine floral side. There are notes of fresh blackberries, fresh flowers and a slight sense of place combined with hints of roasted raspberry, pulpy bright cassis and hints of zan and sweet spices. The palate is fresh with minerality and accuracy. It has a tangy structure with a certain purity, delicacy and roundness. We find notes of juicy and luscious blackberries, fresh lilacs and lilies and slight notes of fresh red berries associated with touches of cornflower, nutmeg, fresh sap and hints of toast. The tannins are precise and frank.
