The nose is mineral with a certain controlled power. It is frank with notes of pulpy fresh wild blackberries, small fresh red fruits and a slight hint of violet associated with a touch of crushed strawberry as well as a hint of bergamot. The palate is mineral, fresh with a fine infusion side. It has tension, straightness, accuracy and notes of pulpy fresh blackberries and fresh pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly of violets associated with touches of bergamot, saline minerality and a discreet hint of spices as well as to a note of toast.
