The nose is ripe with concentration, precision, frankness and a hint of infusion. There are notes of quite ripe raspberries, creamy blackberries and slight notes of roasted red berries associated with touches of sweet blond tobacco, vanilla and a discreet hint of sweet spices. The palate is fruity with freshness and minerality. It has a fresh and juicy frame with good definition that brings a certain gourmandise and tension. This wine has some breadth, fullness and notes of luscious, juicy blackberries, luscious strawberries and slightest hints of fresh luscious blueberries paired with hints of toasted almonds. There is a discreet note of mocha with finely dry tannins on a chocolate creaminess in the background. Good length and persistence.
