The nose is pretty and elegant with purity and power in finesse. There is a nice precision with nothing sticking out. We have notes of bright blackberries, blueberries, exotic spices and more slightly small roasted fruits associated with touches of crushed blueberries as well as fine hints of graphite and a discreet note of caramelization. The palate is fruity with creaminess and a nice, elegant grain. It’s fresh and delicious, airy with a fine floral side in the background. We have notes of creamy blackberries, bright blueberries and slightly ripe strawberries associated with touches of star anise, bergamot, chocolate, iodine as well as fine hints of cornflower, small red fruits as well as a hint of note of sap. There is a lovely freshness and suppleness. The tannins are elegant, distinguished and airy.
