The nose is pretty and complex with some power and elegance. There are notes of fleshy blackberries, pulpy and juicy strawberries and more slightly – fresh gray pepper combined with touches of small, bright black fruits as well as fine hints of lily, lilac and star anise. The palate is fresh, mineral, balanced with freshness, tension and lovely energy. We perceive delicacy in its roundness and smoothness and a certain slight richness with a stretched side. We have notes of fresh pulpy blackberries, small creamy black berries and more slightly small crushed blue fruits associated with touches of chocolate, toast and a hint of toasted almond. The tannins are soft and the chew is fine, there is a lovely harmony, delicacy and deliciousness in the creaminess.
