It reveals notes of black blackberry, small crushed black fruits and small notes of fresh black pepper associated with touches of fresh wild strawberry as well as hints of fresh black tea and a discreet hint of lily. The palate is nicely dense, concentrated and offers richness, a finely tight side as well as an almost bloody side. A pretty material with creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackcurrant, crushed blackberry and small notes of crushed redcurrants associated with a touch of roasted cherry, small crushed blue fruits as well as hints of salinity, Ceylon tea, chocolate and fine hints of Bourbon vanilla pod. The tannins are elegant, precise and fine. A discreet hint of roasting on the finish/persistence. Sapidity.
