Cantina Fratelli Pardi – Spoletino 2021 – Spoleto Trebbiano Spoletino

The nose is fruity and offers fine concentration. It reveals notes of bright peach, citrus fruits (lemon, clementine) and small notes of lemon tree flowers associated with touches of small exotic fruits as well as a hint of bright nectarine and a discreet hint of white flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a tangy/fresh frame, a good definition, fat as well as a certain energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy lychee, bright peach and small notes of nectarine associated with touches of crunchy apple, juicy mandarin, a subtle hint almost juicy physalis as well as a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut (in the background). A subtle almost tannic hint both in structure and in aromas.
