The nose is elegant and offers a certain power, a fine concentration, a beautiful energy as well as a acidulous sensation. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, small ripe wild red berries and small notes of wild blackcurrant associated with a touch of pepper, rosemary/aromatic herbs, fine hints of flowers as well as a very discreet hint of sense of place (local biotolop) and almost oceanic character. The mouth is nicely creamy, elegant, delicate and offers straightness, generosity as well as richness (precision and well-control). On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed raspberry, crushed redcurrants and small notes of crushed blackcurrant associated with a touch of crushed plum, slight roasted touches as well as hints of chocolate, toasted, slight hints of iodine. / saline and a subtle hint of local grove (aromatic). Tannins are supple and elegant.
