The nose is fruity and offers intensity, a fine condensed side in its aromatics as well as complexity. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of pulpy boysenberry, fairly ripe blackcurrant and small notes of dried wild strawberry associated with saline touches, fresh pepper as well as hints of fresh local grove and an imperceptible hint almost of aromatic herbs. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous structure, minerality, good definition, aromatic purity, greediness, a slight creaminess, roundness, salinity, a small spherical side of the fruit as well a certain aromatic intensity/complexity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, pulpy/tangy purple plum and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with an almost fig touch, mocha/cocoa, flowers/violet as well as a subtle hint of vanilla. Tannins are very discreetly tight. Gluttony and a fine creaminess.
