The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose expresses aromas of fresh and dried red fruits (fresh and dried red cherry, dried cranberries, raspberry, strawberry), black fruits (morello cherry, blackcurrant, black plum), prunes and crème de cassis. There is also a fresh touch of peppermint, menthol, liquorice, as well as a spiciness of cloves, cinnamon and white pepper. There is also a note of violet in the background. On the palate, the wine has quite powerful tannins, firm structure but velvety texture, concentration and crisp, fresh acidity. There are flavors of juicy red and black fruits (black plum, blackberry, sour cherry, blueberry, strawberry, red cherry), aromatic herbs and dried flowers (basil, thyme, savory, rose petals, violet), as well as only fine roasted coffee and toasted almond notes in the background. Good length and concentration.
