The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity with purple reflections. The wine is reserved on the nose and requires aeration. It expresses aromas of ripe black and red fruits (morello cherry, black plum, blackberry, red cherry, strawberry), slight bitterness of coffee, notes of aromatic herbs (savory, rosemary, bay leaf, oregano), as well as floral notes of violet and dried rose. On the palate, the wine is juicy on the attack, but firm on the finish, with tight and slightly bitter tannins. On the palate, we find the flavors of red and black fruits (red cherry, raspberry, morello cherry, black plum, tart blackcurrant), aromatic herbs (dried thyme, dried bay leaf) and flowers (violet, cherry blossom, rose petals). The wine has a nice freshness and salivating acidity, as well as fruity maturity on the finish, which softens its tannins. A structured and balanced wine.
