The wine has a pale color with bright green reflections. On the nose it is mineral with fruit and lightness. There are notes of apple, white peach and white grape. On the palate, it is mineral, fresh and fruity with an acidulous structure. There are notes of white peach, white grape, lemon blossom as well as vanilla seeds. It is a simple wine, crystalline in its aromatics with a salivating finish on iodine.
