The wine is pale with a slight silver tint. It is brilliant and its nose is lively and aromatic. Round, there are notes of cooked yellow peach, juicy nectarine as well as slight touches of orange zest, fresh verbena, vanilla pod and touches of candied lemon. We perceive some notes of sweet spices. The palate is fresh, fruity with a dynamic acid structure that continues into a salivating and saline finish. There are notes of white peach, crunchy green berries as well as sea salt, candied lemon and lemon blossom.
