Domaine Le conte des Floris – Pleine Lune 2020 – AOP Languedoc

The wine has a beautiful golden color. The nose is aromatic, evolved, greedy and intense. There are notes of fruits such as roasted yellow peach, vanilla pod and juicy yellow melon. We perceive hints of racy minerality, a smoky side is present as well as fine touches of curry almost fine cinnamon, very ripe yellow apple, pineapple and pine forest. There is aromatic complexity and controlled power in this wine. The mouth is fresh with a mineral and tangy frame. Power, control, an airy side in its delicacy with a lot of juiciness characterize this wine. There are notes of cooked yellow fruits, roasted peach as well as ripe banana, ripe golden apple, tangy pineapple and toast. We perceive sweet spices that extend into a finish with a hint of bitterness and a gourmet buttery sensation. Very nice gourmet wine.
