Château les Bugadelles – Cuvée Tilki 2022 – AOP La Clape

The wine is limpid and brilliant with a moderately pronounced lemon yellow colour. The nose is discreet at first on notes of apple. Then with aeration, it becomes more intense with touches of roasted Queen Tahiti pineapple, stewed apricot but also pear and yellow apple. We perceive fine hints of racy minerality, dried fruits such as roasted hazelnut and almond as well as flowers such as yellow jasmine, vanilla cream and a gourmet buttery side. It is a solar nose. The palate is fresh and fruity with a soft and harmonious frame in its low power. Solar, intense, velvety, this wine presents notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple and citrus fruits such as blood orange. The acidity is present in the background, balanced with always this gourmand side of vanilla cream, browned butter and a very light sappy touch. It is a wine with complexity and a finish on white pepper and a discreet iodized side.
