The wine has a limpid and brilliant straw color. The nose is gourmand, aromatic with fruit and pastry touches. There are notes of stone fruits such as juicy yellow peach, nectarine, soft apricot as well as white fruits such as pear and lychee. The nose is very fragrant and we perceive the delicate impact of the barrel which leaves a buttery, vanilla, creamy signature. The mouth is fresh, fruity with still notes of roasting, custard, cooked vanilla pod as well as juicy pear, apricot and yellow peach. We perceive sweet oriental spices, ripe juicy pineapple and luscious mango. This wine has length and a tangy structure that maintains it throughout the destination until its final persistence on the flower of acacia, Guérande salt and apple cinnamon. Nice wine.
